About Us
At Step by Step tutoring, our goal is to help students build a strong foundation in both reading and math while helping them grow into confident learners. We believe every child is capable of success when they are given the right support, encouragement, and someone who truly believes in them.
As a certified K–6 teacher with over three years of tutoring experience, I've had the opportunity to work with students throughout South Jersey, helping them strengthen the skills they need to be successful in the classroom. Every child learns differently, which is why we take the time to get to know each student and create lessons that meet their individual needs.
More than anything, we want our students to leave each session feeling proud of themselves. While improving academic skills is always the goal, building confidence is just as important. When children begin to believe in themselves, they're more willing to take risks, ask questions, and grow—not only as students, but as people.
