In-Person Intake and Assessment
We begin with an in-person intake session where our experienced tutor meets your child. During this meeting, we conduct a gentle academic assessment to understand your child’s strengths and areas for growth. We also gather important information about your child’s grade level, learning style, and specific needs, so we can create the most effective support plan.

Choose a Tutoring Program
Based on your child’s needs and your family’s goals, you can choose a personalized tutoring program. We offer targeted support in math, reading, or a combination of both so you can select the focus that works best for your child.

Personalized Tutoring Sessions Begin
Once your program is chosen, we’ll recommend an ideal schedule and get started with engaging, personalized tutoring sessions. Sessions are held conveniently at your home or a local library, one-on-one or in small groups, helping your child grow and gain confidence every step of the way.
Tutoring Packages
Personalized, one-on-one tutoring sessions are available at the following rates:

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
- Advance payment: Packages must be paid in full before the first session.
- Cancellation notice: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full or
- deducted from the package.
- No-shows: Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full or deducted from the package.
- Tutor cancellations: If the tutor must cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no additional
- charge.
- Package use: Sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
